**Project Description:** 3333 NFTs divided into 3 phases, 1111 per year, with 2 types of rarities.

**Use Cases:**

* One merchandise drop (delivered at the event, not available for shipping).
* 10% referral commission for NFT purchases directly from the website.
* 20% commission for securing event sponsors (Black membership).
* 10% commission for securing event sponsors (Red membership).
* Airdrop of the memecoin for NFT holders.
* Boosts in the game for NFT holders.

**Festival Profit Pool Distribution in 2027 for NFT Holders:**

**Investment and Profit Distribution:**

As part of our growth strategy and commitment to our investors, a significant percentage of the profits generated by our annual Halloween festival will be invested in Ethereum (ETH). The distribution of profits will be as follows:

* In 2024, 70% of the festival profits will be invested in ETH.
* In 2025, 60% of the festival profits will be invested in ETH.
* In 2026, 50% of the festival profits will be invested in ETH.

One of the main benefits for our NFT holders is participation in future profits. In 2027, the accumulated gains from ETH investments will be distributed as follows:

* Black membership holders will have access to 40% of the profits.
* Red membership holders will have access to 20% of the profits.
* The foundation will receive 7% of the profits.
* The brand will receive 33% of the profits.

Our NFT collection will consist of three different generations. The specific benefit allocation for each generation will be determined at our discretion in the future, ensuring fair and equitable distribution for all our investors.

Depending on the membership level (Black or Red), we will airdrop a redeemable NFT for a specific number of tickets to the event, which will be announced once the event details are finalized.
